Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in the sales contract or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer, letter of credit, or other mutually agreed payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and delivery timeframes will be specified in the sales contract. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality Assurance and Warranties

We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet industry standards. All products are subject to our quality control procedures before shipment. We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery, provided the products have been stored and used in accordance with our specifications.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or modifications made by the buyer. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wenzhou GuangHui Non Woven Bags or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD, whichever is less.

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with the arbitration taking place in Wenzhou, China. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
